Return and Refund Policy

At Turbo Enterprise, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

  • Products that are opened but not used may be returned.

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Printer cartridges once opened.

  • Software or digital products.

  • Products that are heavily used, physically damaged, or tampered with.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Replacement for Damaged/Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers will bear the return pickup/shipping cost for returns.

  • In case of defective or damaged items, Turbo Enterprise will cover the delivery of the replacement item.
