Boooking Policy
Effective Date: 25 August 2025
At Turbo Enterprise, we strive to deliver a seamless and transparent booking experience for all our customers. By booking our services or reserving products, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Bookings

All service appointments (e.g., laptop servicing, repairs, installations) must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in-store.

Customers will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once the booking is approved.
2. Product Reservations

Customers may reserve laptops, accessories, or cartridges online or by phone.

Reservations will be held for 48 hours. If payment or collection is not completed within this period, the reservation may be released.
3. Advance Payment

Some bookings may require a partial advance payment to confirm.

This advance is non-refundable in case of no-show or last-minute cancellations (see below).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the advance payment.

In case of emergencies, we encourage customers to contact us directly to find a suitable solution.
5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking slot may be offered to the next customer.

No-shows without prior notice may result in cancellation of future booking privileges.
6. Refunds & Adjustments

For prepaid bookings, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method in line with our [Refund Policy].

If services are rescheduled, the advance payment will be adjusted against the new appointment.
7. Business Rights

Turbo Enterprise reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.
